Parkway 1208 is the first affordable multifamily community constructed in West Roxbury since 2013.

The 60 unit transit-oriented community features a comprehensive amenity program with an expansive ground-level flex space, including a community room and a resident lounge with a kitchenette for socialization, a conference room, a fitness area, and versatile co-working spaces—both private and communal. Drawing inspiration from nature, the interior design palette blends soft blues and greens with warm earth tones, creating a welcoming atmosphere for intergenerational residents.

Outdoor amenities offer a landscaped courtyard with a children’s play area, raised garden beds, walking paths, and green space open to the public. The inclusive community promotes walkability and accessibility to nearby retail, as well as cultural and outdoor attractions. Residents benefit from onsite parking, electric vehicle charging stations, pet washing station, and bicycle storage.
