Wingate Residences at Haverhill is a new 64 unit, 61,300 square foot assisted living and memory care community that forms the final component of a full continuum of care campus. Working with a sloping grade on the serene northern Massachusetts site, the firm’s design solution shapes the two-story structure to address zoning limitations for building height, while also serving programmatic needs and providing a visual and physical connection to the surrounding Wingate campus.
With an emphasis on resident wellness and mobility, the project offers access to a wide array of community amenities, including outdoor walking trails, a theater, activities room, library, living room with fireplaces, dining room, salon, and a structured fitness program featuring a modern gym.
