The design is intended to promote maximum independence and evoke peacefulness within a comfortable, elegant and safe environment that encourages social engagement.
Common spaces are arranged to carefully manage internal vistas to outside gardens and courtyards, and to provide a variety of internal circulation routes important for resident ambulation and satisfaction. The amenity-rich surroundings and the contemporary light-filled atmosphere enhances the experience of residents and family members alike.
Finish materials and color palettes are stylish yet classic and the furniture is appropriately scaled with tasteful high-end double-rub content fabrics. Artwork throughout enlivens the space and includes distinctive installations by local artists.
The third phase of design for this property is an 81,475 square foot independent living community, One Wingate Way, situated on the same property, with an adjoining design configuration.
