The Residence at Charles Meadow is a new 84,559 square foot luxury senior community comprised of 14 independent living cottages distributed across seven standalone structures.
In addition, the community offers 65 assisted living units and 26 memory care units in a two-story building; all thoughtfully arranged around two interconnected courtyards.
The interior design program promotes a sense of warmth, inclusion, and community. Earthy beige, soft blue, and elegant grey hues combine together to create a contemporary yet timeless aesthetic. Well-lit living spaces with brass and rattan finishes, maple wood accents, and neutral materials bring a connection to nature and foster an environment for social engagement.
A robust amenity program offers residents three distinct dining rooms, a grab & go café, two salons, a theatre, a game room, and multiple activity rooms.
