Notre Dame du Lac

The design incorporates two new additions to unify the layout and complete the renovation of this formerly haphazard campus of a historic chapel, convent and 1960s-era nursing home into a new and cohesive assisted living and Alzheimer’s care facility.

The additions accommodate 108 residential units and support areas. The original chapel, a 10,000 square foot structure with an organ loft and sanctuary, was fully restored, including the preservation and repair of its original stained glass windows.
