New Development Firm Launches First Big Apartment Project West of Boston

TAT is working with client Waverly Development to bring 358 Waverly Street – a six-story, 181-unit apartment building – to downtown Framingham, Mass.

A new development firm has broken ground on its first big project — an 181-apartment development in downtown Framingham. The apartments are being built at 358 Waverly St., part of a wave of new residential projects clustered near Framingham’s MBTA commuter rail station. Julia Wynyard and Raymond Boghos, principals and co-founders of Waverly Development even named their company after it.
