5_Battery Wharf_End

The 480,000 square foot development includes the 150 room Battery Wharf Hotel, Battery Wharf Grille, 104 luxury condominiums, a Maritime Museum, 30,000 square feet of retail space including a 12,000 square foot health spa, and a waterfront promenade. As a waterfront development, the project was subject to a rigorous permitting process including Massachusetts Chapter 91 licensing requirements.
