Revio Revere Beach is a 209-unit mixed-use multifamily community situated on the last developable 1.4-acre site along Ocean Avenue on the country’s oldest public beach.

The seven-story building fills a long-vacant parcel, completing the streetscape with massing that responds thoughtfully to the existing residential context on either side.

The building offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, with ground-floor retail activating the street level and a two-level podium garage providing 242 parking spaces for residents and visitors.

The design is fundamentally shaped by two forces: the primacy of ocean views and the realities of a beachfront environment. More than 70 percent of units feature a private balcony or patio, and amenity spaces are positioned to maximize sightlines to the beach. The building’s resilience strategy is equally deliberate, with a raised first floor, elevated garage level, flood doors, swinging flood gates, and removable flood planks integrated throughout. All building infrastructure is located at the second level to mitigate risk during flood events, and the envelope features upgraded windows and patio doors engineered to withstand the wind and rain that come directly off the ocean.

Residents have access to more than 20,000 square feet of amenity programming, including an elevated outdoor courtyard with an expansive pool, a roof deck with sweeping beach views, work-from-home spaces, a pet spa, and a comprehensive fitness and wellness area. Interior design by Carnegis Group draws on biophilic principles, with a green plant wall and natural material palettes woven throughout the common areas and individual units.
