This new 100,000 square foot senior living community is bordered on one side by conservation land and residential homes on the other and provides a new public path that connects South Road to the Minuteman Bikeway behind the site. The three-story building houses 92 one and two-bedroom units with 66 units dedicated to assisted living residents and 26 units for memory care.
The design program includes amenities such as a library, café, resident lounges, formal dining and bistro, physical therapy and fitness space, salon, and media room. An expansive fenced gardening area offers 20 raised beds for residents to nurture their own gardens while enjoying the sunshine and lush greenery surrounding the rear of the site.
